If this is an EMERGENCY and the office is closed, call the EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE phone number at 215-639-1522. Non-emergency service calls are addressed during normal business hours. *IF DOG IN HOME : The resident is required to be home or the dog must be crated. Maintenance will not enter if you are not home and the dog is loose in the apartment regardless of size or temperament.
